Deadlines and Rescheduling:


When canceling or rescheduling an appointment, we require all clients to provide notice at least twelve (12) hours in advance. If the client arrives more than 30 minutes after the scheduled start time of the meeting, it will be considered a no-show.


We make exceptions in special cases. As an alternative, we offer a new appointment with priority for rescheduling.


Cancellations:


For cancellations made within seven days of the payment date and up to twelve (12) hours before the first meeting, the full purchase amount will be reimbursed.

All products are delivered in digital format and made available for immediate download following purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable.


Upon completion of your order, you receive full access to the purchased files. As digital products cannot be returned or revoked once delivered, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not permitted under any circumstances.
